Complete the contact form with some basic information including your date and venue so I can check if I’m available.

I’d suggest contacting me around a year before your wedding date.
Once I’ve confirmed I’m available it will be easiest to have a chat. I’ll email you a link so you can book a zoom call at a mutually convenient time.
We’ll chat about your guest number, cake sizes, number of tiers, any allergies, your designs ideas etc. to get an overview so I can work out a basic initial quote. You can ask me some questions and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll then email you an initial quote.
When you’re ready to go ahead and book in with me, I’ll email you an invoice for a £100 booking fee* alongside a terms and conditions contract so you can reserve your date.
Once you’re booked in I’ll invite you both for a consultation with cake tasters and we’ll start planning your beautiful cake!
Our consultation is best done 6 to 9 months before your wedding so we can tie your cake design in with your other design elements you’ve planned such as any theme and colours, stationery, flowers and wedding attire (if appropriate).
Before we meet I’ll email a pre-consultation questionnaire and invite you to collaborate on a private Pinterest ideas board that we’ll use for inspiration for your cake design.
You can try some cake and see some display cakes to help gauge the different cake sizes and tier combinations. We’ll work together to come up with your dream cake design!
After your consultation I’ll follow up with a sketch of your cake to help you visualise what it will look like. I’ll also send a concise order form for you to check and approve and make sure you’re happy with everything.
The final balance for your wedding cake is then due 8 weeks before your wedding date.
When the big day arrives, I will deliver and set up your finished cake to your venue in co-ordination with your wedding planner or venue co-ordinator and the florist (if required).
The only thing you need to do is relax and prepare to enjoy the happiest day of your lives!
* For bookings made 18 months in advance or more – the booking fee will be split into 2 payments – an initial £50 on booking then a second £50 before the consultation date.
