Wales | Cotswolds | Bristol | Wiltshire | Somerset | UK

Floral wedding cakes where structure meets softness.

For those who value beauty, detail, and unforgettable flavour.

4 tier sugar clematis wedding cake

You’re drawn to contrast, sharp silhouettes, softened by organic forms.

That’s how I design cakes.  Structured tiers, straight edges, softened by delicate texture and flowing sugar flowers.

Clean lines.

Thoughtful proportions.

Deliberate structure.

Designed with engineering precision. Softened by cascading sugar flowers. Where structure meets softness.

Hello I’m Alexandra,

I’ve always loved cake!  And the beauty of flowers, nature, and the quiet magic they bring.

Now, I get to bring all of that together to create something truly special for couples like you.

I work with people who care about the details, who want their wedding to feel personal, elevated and full of joy.  I genuinely want to help make that vision real.

I know wedding planning can feel a little overwhelming (I’ve been there too). But your cake? That part should feel exciting and totally stress-free.

My job is to make it easy and enjoyable.

FAQ

Some frequently asked questions and answers

The most common way to serve wedding cakes is as finger portions (1×1 inch slices by approx. 5 inches tall) in the evening buffet. In this case I suggest catering for 75% to 80% of your total guest numbers for the evening. Have a look at the cakes and portions here for some guidance.

If you’d like to serve the wedding cake as the main dessert at the wedding breakfast, I suggest dessert portions (2 x 1 inch slices by approx. 5 inches tall) – so you’ll need approximately double the finger portions (so twice the cake size) shown in the portion guide and I can advise you on this.

I am based in South Wales, UK.  I deliver across Wales, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and beyond.  Please tell me your wedding venue when you enquire here.

Yes, this is part of my service. As your cake is very delicate and requires careful handling (and often stacking on site), I will deliver and set up your cake at your wedding venue for you.  The prices in this investment guide include a nominal delivery charge from postcode CF41 7HQ.  I will include delivery and set up to your wedding venue in any quotations I give you.

Yes, this is an essential part of my wedding cake design service.  Once you have paid your £100 booking fee to save your date, I will invite you to an in-person tasting and design consultation at my home design studio where we’ll design your wedding cake together.

There is an option to book a tasting and consultation meeting for a small fee before you book your date.  This is then deducted from the price of your wedding cake once you book your cake with me – fill in the contact form to request this.

I’ll always ask you to book a free-no obligation zoom call beforehand to chat about your cake.

Yes! I’ll always ask you to book a free-no obligation zoom call when you first enquire to chat about your wedding cake dreams.

During this call, we’ll talk more about your ideas, pricing, flavours, how much cake you need, how the ordering and design process works, I can show you some display cakes in different sizes/designs, and you can ask me any questions.

I’ll then follow up with a personalised proposal for you to review before you book.

Check my availiability here to get started!

Yes, although an in-person tasting and design consultation meeting is held once you have paid your £100 booking fee to save your date, you can order a one-off taster box at any time for a (non-refundable) small fee.

I’m still working on getting a shop page set up on this website for ordering taster boxes online.  In the meantime you can request this via my contact form.

You can choose a different flavour for each tier

I am not currently taking on any new custom orders for other cakes besides wedding cakes (e.g. birthdays and other celebration cakes).
