Delivery:

• Posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
• Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the delivery on the chosen delivery day (AND ALSO THE DAY AFTER as Royal Mail aims to deliver next day but it is not guaranteed).
• The taster box package will not fit through most letter boxes.
• I cannot guarantee next-day delivery or be responsible for delays due to Royal Mail.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• A non-transferable and non-refundable fee is required to confirm your cake taster box order and availability cannot be guaranteed until the fee has been paid.
• Please pay by the stated “order by” date to allow adequate time for me to prepare your order.
• Payment of the above fee does not book your wedding cake in my diary. To book your wedding cake, you will need to pay a £100 wedding cake booking fee.
• If you decide to book your wedding cake with me, I will deduct the cost of the taster box (excluding post and packaging) from the total cost of your cake order. This will be in lieu of an additional cake tasting.  However, we will still have a design consultation regardless.

Food Allergen information

• Contains EGG, WHEAT (gluten), SOYA and Also NUTS (Almonds and Walnuts) in the Cherry Bakewell and Coffee and Walnut flavours.
• May contain other traces of nuts, peanuts, sulphites and other allergens.
• My kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen. I cannot give an absolute guarantee that my products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies, but all efforts are made to minimise this risk where requested.  I recognise the seriousness of food allergies and you must inform me before you place an order if you or your guests have any food allergies.  Alexandra Hughes Cake Design will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to my products.
